Refund policy

At Spoiled Vintage, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To start the return, please declare your cancellation using the cancellation button or contact us via email at support@spoiledvintage.at with a clear statement that you wish to return your order. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it's not required.

Please note:

• Items must be returned within 14 days after you notify us that you wish to withdraw.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• You must cover the postage cost yourself.
• Once we have received and inspected your returned items, refunds will be made using the same payment method you used, without any fees, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
