Shipping & returns
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the following countries:
Austria, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania, Denmark, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Malta, Finland, Sweden, Greece & Ireland.
If your country is not listed, feel free to reach out to us via email support@spoiledvintage.at or on instagram and we will do our best to find a solution.
How long does shipping take?
- Austria: 2-4 working days
- Germany: 3-6 working days
- Switzerland: 3-6 working days
- Rest of EU: 3-8 working days
Shipping time consists of order processing and delivery. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
The stated delivery time is an estimate based on previous experience and is not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or high seasonal demand.
How much is shipping?

- Germany: 8,90€
- Switzerland: 11,90€

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What if my package gets lost?
If your package appears to be lost, please reach out to us via email support@spoiledvintage.at and we will do our best to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
How can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Simply send us an email at support@spoiledvintage.at to initiate the return. Please note that return shipping costs are covered by you. For full details, please refer to our return policy.
How long does a refund take?
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, refunds will be made using the same payment method you used within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
Products & sizing
What types of vintage clothing do you sell?
We sell curated 2000s & 90s vintage denim, including jeans and shorts. Every piece is individually hand-picked based on aesthetic and style – no fast fashion, no fakes, just one-of-a-kind vintage finds. Due to that every item is only available once.
How do I know if the item fits me?
Every item includes detailed measurements in the product description. We recommend comparing these to your own measurements rather than relying on the label size, as vintage sizing often differs from modern clothing.
What condition are the items in?
All items are pre-loved vintage and may show minor imperfections. We only stock pieces in good to very good condition. Any significant flaws such as stains, damage or heavy wear are clearly noted in the product description. We believe in full transparency so you know exactly what you are getting.
Can I request more information about an item?

What if an item is sold out?
All of our pieces are one-of-a-kind vintage finds, meaning once they are gone, they are gone. However, if you missed out on a specific item, feel free to send us a photo on Instagram @spoiledvintage.at – we love knowing what styles you are looking for and will keep it in mind when sourcing future drops.
